I am Ghost, the criminal leader and cop killer extraordinare. I am known to be "permahostile," as I never surrender and have never been arrested.

The few times I have infiltrated the ranks of the police were times of horror and mayhem for all cops involved. Be very afraid if I ever have to be a cop, because I am a robber for life, even if I'm blue.

For some reason, I have bad luck with weapons when engaging in major firefights, but if I'm having a good day, there will be a lot of dead blues on the ground, and will take some major fighting to put me down.
