if u have played halo CE single player maps, u may help me. The problem is that when i load a single player map, it goes to the first site screen of the single player map then it freezes. and those r only at the map i have that been frozen, (madnessp(#)) maps and the covenant's canyon public beta 1 doesn't work to. it doesn't freezes but wont load it. any help plz!!???!!!

This website is awesome! I have to give eveyone their props. THe videos were awesome, the pictures were awesome, every freakin' thing was awesome! Just one bad thing, Nemo1246 has to wait for one year before playing online again. He lost priveliges of online games like Halo.

I wasn't sure about these, so I would like to know everyone's opinions.
1. Can robber's capture cops?
2. Do robber's wait until they are on low health before surrendering?
3 Should cops shoot on sight?

Yes, robbers can capture cops. Cops are allowed to surrender, and if they do, robbers are obligated to respect the surrender, as the surrender rules state.
Robbers may surrender whenever they wish. The danger is that you may have been fighting a cop, and then suddenly surrender. If this happens, and they continue to fight, not expecting your surrender, they may kill you accidentally. Be careful with how you surrender.
Cops are not supposed to shoot on sight, but they may fire back if attacked. Cops usually fire one warning shot at a robber they see, and use lethal force when necessary. The only time they should kill on sight when none of these situations occur is when they know their opponent is permahostile (such a person should declare him or herself permahostile ahead of time).
